The Tidepool Data Platform can support HIPAA compliance and has completed a SOC-2 Type 2 audit (more detail here). You are responsible for determining whether you are subject to HIPAA or other global data protection requirements and whether you intend to use Tidepool Services in connection with regulated data.

Can I start with the Base offering and switch to the Professional offering later?

Technically, yes. However, we suggest getting started with the solution you anticipate being the best fit for your clinic to be most efficient with the onboarding and training of your staff. Reach out to our team to find the perfect fit for your clinic including a custom pricing package.

Who do I contact if I have problems?

Our dedicated support team is available during normal clinic operation hours to address any issues. Please submit a support request so we can reach out to you.
