Founded in 2009 by Christina Roth, The Diabetes Link (formerly known as College Diabetes Network) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower young adults with diabetes by providing access to the peer support, connections, and expert resources they need to thrive. The Diabetes Link meets teens and young adults where they're at, and specializes in helping them navigate diabetes among an ever-changing and fast-paced world.
