As a member of the Customer Support team, I assist with troubleshooting requets that come to support@tidepool.org. As a member of the Clinic Success team, I'm responsible for training and onboarding the Clinics and Health Systems that use Tidepool+ to support their patients. Either way, I'm directly connected to our users each and every day!

The thing that exictes me most about Tidepool Loop is the flexibility and customization that's possible. Diabetes management is so individualized and it's exciting to know we are working on a system that will provide better customization options for people with diabetes.
